Service Description

There are so many expectations of women, and many can fall into a habit of not balancing what they do for work and others with what they do for themselves.In this workshop we will help you come up with some ways to identify areas of your life you can add some resourcing for yourself in ways that feel manageable and achievable.We will look at different ways you can resource yourself in the areas of mind, body, and spirit because what we need changes day to day, and even throughout the day. During the workshop we will use a few handouts for you to reference and keep, to use over and over later as needed.
