In-Home Postpartum Support
Our knowledgeable Postpartum support counselors offer new parents a safe healing space right in your own home to get the help and support needed to move through what they are experiencing. We know that supporting new parents is supporting the whole family.
Postpartum Counseling for Moms
As a certified counselor, I offer counseling in person and via tele-health for those experiencing Postpartum Depression or Postpartum Anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is to use motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, somatic embodiment, mindfulness and an overall holistic approach in working alongside women in helping them find balance in all areas of their life.
I am solutions focused when I work with individuals and may recommend other healing modalities such as somatic body movement, reiki or supplements.
