Your $350 deposit 100% goes towards your total balance of $1800 which will enroll you and reserve your spot in class. You will then be billed four monthly payments of $362.50 to cover the rest of the balance. At the end of each month you may receive an invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement at your request.
CMC does not bill insurance, however can provide monthly invoices for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement, which most insurance companies do cover. Please email CMC at c.hereth@camillemariecoaching.com for billing and diagnostic coding for insurance approval. Invoice dates for insurance reimbursement will only include dates that you were present in the live session.

Because a spot can not be replaced once classes have begun, there are no refunds and you are obligated to complete your payment plan. Insurance reimbursement is applied on the days that you attend sessions live online.
